In a deeply tragic event, Keke Jabbar, 42, who gained media attention through her appearance on Love & Marriage: Huntsville, passed away on Tuesday, July 2.

The devastating news was shared by social media personality Marcella, who confirmed the update from Jabbar’s family. In a YouTube video, Marcella stated that Keke Jabbar passed away “peacefully” at home, surrounded by her loved ones, though the cause of death was not disclosed.

Marcella’s social media statement read, “It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Keke. She passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by love. She was a mother, a sister, and a wonderful friend, full of life, love, and laughter. She will be deeply missed, and at this time, we ask for respect and privacy as we mourn this significant loss. The Jabbar Family and the Scott Family.”

Additionally, Keke Jabbar’s cousin and reality show co-star, Latisha Scott, requested privacy for the family in an Instagram post. Scott’s message read, “At this time, we are asking for RESPECT and PRIVACY as we grieve and process this tremendous loss. This is very difficult for our family!”

Keke Jabbar and Latisha Scott had several well-documented conflicts on Love & Marriage: Huntsville. Their strained relationship often drew the attention of the show’s cameras, culminating in a dramatic incident where Jabbar threw a drink at Scott during a heated argument.

In the same reality show, Jabbar faced accusations of using powerful drugs and substituting someone else’s urine to pass drug tests. However, she firmly denied these allegations, stating, “I’ve never taken any kind of hard drug. I’ve never used heroin, cocaine, crack… I’ve never used anything like that.”
